On Sunday we had a Bridal Show for The Perfect Wedding Guide at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Our Booth featured trends for the 2012 wedding season. We were giving out Las Paletas-fresh fruit popsicles-to show the use of food trucks at receptions. This is one of the 2012 reception Trends. We also had Heidi Schwartz from Paint your event live come and paint the bridal runway show as it was happening. It is such a unique idea and an awesome keepsake to have from your special day. CMT-Country Music Television was there to do a short documentary on Heidi's work and of course we got to be in the background. The popsicles were a hit with everyone, people were coming back for seconds. We also had two beautiful table designs in the reception room. One table featured an olive green table linen with brown wicker place mats, gold rimmed glassware, and chocolate brown linen napkins. The centerpiece featured a birdcage stuffed with flowers and feathers. It was quite beautiful. Our second table design was somewhat of a winter wonderland theme. White Linens with crystals and sequins clear glassware and beautiful sapphire colored glasses. The centerpiece was a simple flower arrangement of white and light blue Peonies. It was Jen and I's first Bridal Show and everything went Just magically!
